The Graham at 1020 Renderings

The Graham at 1020 was conceptualized with the goal of meeting a need in the Greater Lynchburg Area. This building was crafted from schematic design all the way to completion, housing a Whole Foods , a Farm to Table Restaurant, Skin Pharm , a boutique Pilates studio which I have entitled Reform, and four floors of luxury apartments. The exterior was crafted with classical elements and materials in mind, incorporating plaster, marble, and arched windows into the façade. Seen here is one of the luxury lobby lounges, a KTI signature space.
